If the total amount of blood exceeds the  approximate circumference of a tea cup then you should call a professional for proper cleaning and disposal.

How should I dispose of Blood if I do clean it up?

You must follow all OSHA, EPA, Federal, State and Local regulations, and dispose of the fluids properly.
